Usually answered within a few hours by either Otako or one of the two other humans on the team. Pick the topic that fits, give us a line or two of context, we’ll take it from there.

If you are already a paying customer, the fastest channel is the in-app chat on the dashboard — it is attached to your account, so we can see your scan history, your billing, and the error log without you having to forward anything.

Our hours are roughly 09:00–19:00 Israel time (UTC +3), Sunday through Thursday. Outside those hours, drop the message anyway — it gets picked up first thing in the morning.
